Elderberries are the most popular part used from the elder tree. The berries hold decongestant properties and also can potentially help stop the spread of viral infections. They can also have a mild laxative effect. The berries are also said to potentially hold anti-inflammatory properties and help with viruses, colds and flus.

How We Use
We love to use dried Elderberries in a decoction for colds and flus along with other herbs for added benefit. Or we like to infuse it in honey and apple cider vinegar for an immune boosting oxymel!
All of our dried herbs are locally grown in Jamesport, NY at our certified organic farm. We start each herb from seed or root cutting on farm, hand tend it until peak potency, then mindfully harvest. Next, each herb is small batch dried, processed, and bagged for sale.
