Both refreshing and relaxing, this blend combines the anti-viral qualities of lime balm and the adaptogenic nature of lime basil in a citrusy delight. Our favorite summer tea, and so good iced!
We like this tea strong and brew it for 20 minutes.
Nurture
Nutritive Nettle and Raspberry Leaf, with Rosemary for remembrance. Steep 1 Tbsp per 8oz of water or 1.5 tbsp per 12oz of boiled water for 5-10 minutes, and enjoy!
Pep In My Step
Invigorating Peppermint and Tulsi to balance mood! Steep 2 tsp per 8oz of boiled water or 1 tbsp of tea per 12oz of boiled water
Winter Blend
Rustic meets refined with Pine Needles, Lemongrass, and Ashwagandha. Steep 2 tsp of tea per 8oz of boiled water or 1 tbsp of tea per 12oz of boiled water
Spring Cleanse Blend
Light and refreshing Lemon Verbena, with cleansing herbs Nettles, Cleavers, and Calendula Blossoms. Steep 1 tbsp of tea per 8oz of boiled water or 1.5 tbsp of tea per 12oz of boiled water.
Herbal Tea Do’s:
-Take with a teaspoon of local, raw honey for added benefits.
-We recommend a “deep steep” of 10-15 minutes for maximum herbal goodness.
